These are Dr. Martens Joyce brogues in navy. LOVE. Dr. Martens are one of my favourite shoe companies of all time. I got them on sale at Gravity Pope, where I noticed they are now offering 20% sale prices! AAAGGGGHHHH!!! This was my first time completing an order with this store, and all went well, except it took a week before they were even shipped out. And they charged $15.00 shipping. But they're Canadian so that's a bonus. And these are the beginning of a new style I'm looking to sport more often = MASCULINE. More on that in another post.
The other day on my way home I stopped in at Murale to use a $40 gift card I got over the holidays because I spent a whack of $ there. I used it and some of my Optimum points to get the Balenciaga Florabotanica perfume I had on my Christmas list but didn't get. :( So I ended up paying only about $60. (And to my shock I found out I have an INSANE amount of optimum points - enough for about $200 free stuff!)
FINALLY, after ONE MONTH of waiting, the iPhone cases I ordered on Christmas Eve from Etsy shop SpastiCase showed up. It's the first time in the 2.5 years I've had my iPhone that I have had a decent case. I got 2 figuring the black for winter and the white for summer.
Today I was at the mall with my parents (long story) and did some quick bathing suit shopping. I got this cute number and a black sarong for about $175. Gawd I hate that bathing suits cost so much. Ridiculous considering the small amount of fabric. And as usual, I got a tankini because I have no hips, big boobs and a gut, and nothing else hides all that as well as a tankini. I'm thinking about ripping off the bow. From Bikini Village.
